Chapter 41 : What's stopping someone from trying?

Today this is not a rant but more of my speciality which I want to share with everyone. I am not a wholesome human, I am filled with flaws but wabi-sabi has kept me together. 

I had this problem in just the starting phase of my life, I never took initiatives to start something, I just wished. Kept them for in case for future use case. This is not just my case from what I have perceived world right now. Almost everyone suffers from this. 

These initiatives could be anything from asking a to become a friend of someone to learn karate at home or from a dojo or just having something on the plate or removing...

1/3-1/4 of life has already gone and today I feel it's almost necessary to have this ability to start something. If you feel like you don't have support or you won't be able to make time, or it's not worth. Try questioning yourself again. Is it really?

I don't really have a guidelines or list of to do achieve this ability, but I can have this conversation, I can become that guiding light in case you need someone to make you do things you want to do or you can do that to someone you feel like need your help, consent is always must. 

So let's start

Have a 2nd brain

I read a method of helping yourself from burn out. It suggested using app or note making to keep your mind sane and work efficiently and because of clear mind you can have better decision making chances. 
When we are growing up our future depends upon the simple choices we take everyday. They eventually compound and makes the person who we are, 

Yes definitely there are some incidents which may reshape our whole foundation but that's minor and majority of our life still depends upon those small habits. 
I have read of many cases where people did change for better, but why wait till you need to do such makeover.

Start today and have a second brain to help you. If you have possibility of having 3rd go for it, 3rd should be a mentor or assistant or family who is there unconditionally for you. 

Break your time period, think of the time you spent of your entertainment, hobby or free time and try to fit in this new interests of your, just start with it. Be disciplined about giving it time every day, it doesn't matter how much you do, first step is just to show up. 

Till now you have two tools

2nd brain
Discipline - show up everyday

Last but most important track it .
Track your progress.
Be it journal or a diary or a graph .

Anything works but track that progress. 
You can record your voice if you want to sing or in audio or video or if you wbat something in fashion or design or abstract have a photo every day... 

Use any means possible to track it. 

This is the basic kit I think someone need to start anything. 

You use a 2nd brain to help you do the task 

You Show up everyday and do it 
And you track your progress. 

I can write more here but that won't be helpful may confuse more so less is more .

Try and initiate as I did.
