chapter 21: Everything i have learnt in shark tank| part 2|

 This blog will include how a business could be run in India.

I dont want to rush the blog here but you can understand that this too had been sitting here for weeks.

I will draw a general idea and hope you can learn something form this!

IDEA | PEOPLE/PERSON | CAPITAL/MONEY/FUND | MARKET GAP | INNOVATION | INVENTION | BETTER EXECUTION | JUGAAD | CHEAP | SOLUTIONS 

this can go on and on there could be many other variables for starting a business.

Someone getting a idea, a person want to start business or group of people want to work together, or someone has lot of money or need a lot of money, Someone finds a market gap, someone innovates something, someone creates something new, someone copy cats a basic model but with better execution, someone creates a jugaad of high profile product, or someone creates a cheap copy for everyone to enjoy, someone finds solutions to existing problems or the problems which have yet to occur, and what not.

Humans thoughts are mindless and any of the given can create solid base for starting a business. 

One can pick any of the mentioned or bundle of the above mentioned traits and starting working on their business. 

Every action needs a execution to start and acc to newton it will have equal ~opposite~ reaction.  

Discipline will be the key in most of the life problems, and if the founders and team are disciplined anything is possible. 

I am not a business student so advices are quite less practical but more observation from the shark tank.

Also the finds from sharktanks are bits n pieces as sharks ask questions or criticize based upon the founder or ceo, most of the time their decisions are based on person, rather than the profit or total ... market ... and for me i were to start a business i will start with basics which is earning profit and networking, then some sort of effect with quality to create words or spread word and the illusion of that i am selling for cheap or just a stupid but quality stuff seller and smooth salesman if possible and this is all a dream and nothing comes so simply by stating words, there is so much work to do from getting profits in single 0 to 2 zeros and from 2 0's to 3-4 0's its all exponential and timing, risks, compromise, and impromptu decisions, how to politely deescalate a situation and how to survive for another day. 

Just dealing with customer is something taxing like it takes the heart out, if there is no system of securing or guaranteeing you are gonna get paid by the customer. I always pay first because it would be embarrassing if i don't find my online payment system not working as i don't carry cash, I still find it weird too as how long it has been and this customs is still thriving in India. I can't survive like this as i don't know how vendors keep the account of the people coming and eating, paying or not.. 

Indian small business works mostly on trusts and somehow it is taken for granted that you can eat first and pay later. Maybe paying first could be a barrier itself for the shopkeeper as you wouldn't want to pay again in same shop. well its just me guessing. 

also there was just too much in sharktank which i understand up there in my brain by can't put them in words and present to you. 

So i will leave it at this and forget about this and hopefully you too.
